- Moat claim: workflow graph of warehouse exceptions trained on 11 months of Harborline-class 3PL data, not a generic WMS. Two competitors (Shelfgrid, Bayline) sell dashboards; you sell the exception router. You lost a deal to Shelfgrid last month on price.
